We are currently experiencing some delays due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic.

These times are challenging, however 360Homeware is working hard in order to deliver your products within a reasonable time frame. 

The current conditions have brought Impact not only on ourselves but all our partners and couriers that we work with on a daily basis.

We appreciate your continued support for our business and we do share the frustration due to the current situation. Our support team is working tirelessly around the clock to respond to your emails and Facebook messages to make sure you are updated constantly.

We are a 100% Australian owned business and have warehouse where goods are dispatched in both Melbourne and Sydney. We appreciate that we are still able to work and operate in these difficult times and will continue to strive to provide Aussies with good quality homeware & furniture.

 

What Else Have We Done?

Our couriers have implemented a Introduced “contactless” deliveries between driver and customer. This means customers will receive a message on the morning of their delivery, the package will be delivered straight to their door, however no signature will be required. 

 

How can you continue to support us through these difficult times?

We understand that having a delayed order can be frustrating, so we ask to check our shipping times to see how you have been delayed. We also ask if there are any concerns to get into contact with our CS team for an instant update.
